1999 Ferrari F355 Spider
Ferrari of San Antonio brought this future classic 1999 Ferrari F355 Spider to the XPEL installation center in San Antonio, TX. The vintage Italian sports car wanted to invest in a full-front paint protection wrap. However, before the wrap went on, the car received a paint correction service usually applied before ceramic coating. This was to ensure the car’s paint was restored to like-new quality before applying ULTIMATE PLUS ™ paint protection film. Now, this Y2K era Ferrari looks brand new. Plus, its ppf will keep it that way by protecting against rock chips, scratches, and paint ruining pests like bird droppings and bugs.
Back in the day, the Ferrari F355 Spider debuted in 1995. The design process for the F355 Spider involved 1,800 hours in a wind tunnel. This was to ensure the F355 would not lose performance as a convertible. The F355 was also the first Ferrari to feature an electronic powered automated soft-top. With nearly 400 horsepower on tab, the Ferrari F355 was good for a top speed of 183 mph. Not bad for a 90s car.
